No problem at all. Let me show you in first. This is the living room — it's quite spacious, as you can see. The apartment is about 55 square meters in total. It gets plenty of natural light in the morning.

It is fully furnished. You'll get the sofa, the bed, a wardrobe, and all the kitchen appliances — fridge, washing machine, and even a microwave. The only thing missing is a TV, but most tenants use their laptops these days anyway.

The rent is 4,500 yuan per month. That covers the management fee, but utilities such as water, electricity, and internet are not included. You'd pay those based on actual usage, which usually runs around 300 to 400 a month.

The deposit is one month's rent, so 4,500 yuan. And yes, the standard arrangement here is "deposit one, pay one" — meaning one month's deposit plus the first month's rent upfront. So you'd need 9,000 yuan to move in.

The apartment is available right now, actually. If you sign the lease today, you could move in as early as this Friday. I do have two more viewings scheduled this afternoon though, so I'd recommend making a decision soon.
